Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
The petitioner states that initially he filed W.P.No.33891 of 2015 for not taking action pursuant to his application for mutation of his name in revenue records. The said writ petition was disposed of on 13.10.2015 directing the Tahsildar, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor District, the third respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks. When the said order was not implemented, the petitioner filed W.P.No.9055 of 2017 on 14.03.2017 for the same relief and the fourth respondent herein filed a petition to implead himself in the said W.P.No.9055 of 2017 and the said writ petition was disposed of on 03.04.2017 directing the third respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner by considering the objections filed by the fourth respondent.
In spite of the disposal of the second writ petition also, when the third respondent has not passed any order, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of enjoyment certificate in respect of the land of an extent of Acs.11.42 cents alleged to be in his possession. Since there were two directions to the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for mutation of his name, after considering the objections of the fourth respondent, this writ petition need not be entertained. However, the third respondent is directed to comply with the orders passed in W.P.No.33891 of 2015, dated 13.10.2015 and W.P.No.9055 of 2017, dated 03.04.
appropriate orders, if not already passed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
