THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3720 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of respondent No.4 in filing final report in respect of F.I.R.No.154 of 2016, dated 25.04.2016.

Respondent No.4 filed a counter-affidavit stating that the investigation was completed and a final report was filed before the Court of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad on 14.02.2017 vide SR No.350 of 2017. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is closed.
