HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.19281 of 2006 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the petitioner expired during pendency of this writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents contended that entire retiral benefits have been paid to the deceased employee.

In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, no further order is necessary in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. However, if the entire retiral benefits are not paid to the deceased employee, the legal representatives of the deceased employee are given liberty to pursue remedies in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
