HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1845 OF 2016 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of order, dated 11.07.2016, passed in W.P.No.22199 of 2016, wherein this Court directed the respondents therein to deduct the quantity of energy and the charges for the energy supplied by APGPCL from the total quantity of energy and demand recorded by them from the billing months of June, 2016 onwards, pending disposal of the writ petition.

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 filed their counter affidavit. In paragraph 4 it is stated as follows:

"In reply to para 3 it is submitted that as per the interim directions of Honorable High Court in W.P.M.P.No.27294 of 2016 in W.P.No.22199 of 2016 (pending disposal of W.P.No.22199 of 2016 on the file of Honorable High Court) TSSPDCL has already revised the monthly C.C. bills of M/s. Jagriti Steel Pvt., Ltd., (HT S.C.No. MBN 1102) from June 2016 onwards duly deducting the quantities of energy and demand that of (a) supplied by APCPGL Stage-II, and (b) availed under inter-state Short Term Open Access through Power Exchange (IEX):

From the total recorded quantities of energy and demand as detailed below:

Therefore, the contempt case is closed.
