THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3565 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-A3 to A6 in Crime No.203 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Punjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
