ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and Mr. Alladi Ravinder, learned counsel for respondents 6 and 7 and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission.

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction by respondents 3 and 4 in taking action against respondents 5 to 8 who are shown as accused in Crime No. 341 of 2018 on the file of II Town Police Station, Karimnagar and Crime No. 183 of 2018 on the file of Women Police Station, Karimnagar.

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions along with final report in Crime No. 341 of 2018 stated to have been filed by the police on 31.10.2018. The instructions also disclose that intimation was given to the complainant under acknowledgement and final report was filed before the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of first Class at Karimnagar requesting the Court to close the case as 'Mistake of Fact'. It is further informed that in so far as Crime No. 183 of 2018 is concerned, investigation is completed and as offence was not proved against accused Nos. 3 to 6, they were deleted and charge sheet is being filed against accused 1 and 2 therein.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies if she is not satisfied with final report in Crime No. 341 of 2018 and excluding accused Nos. 3 to 6 in Crime No. 183 of 2018, if so advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
