HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.1724 OF 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Telangana would represent that the concerned police have filed report stating that the case has been referred as 'Civil Nature', and that report was dated 29.07.2015.

In view of the report filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal before VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, the cause would not survive and, therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the petition, stand closed.
