This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.3, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.238 of 2015 on the file of Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad. 2 .

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the case is registered as C.C.No.46 of 2016. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. However, if the petitioner/ accused No.3 is aggrieved by the filing of the charge-sheet, he can agitate the same before appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if he chooses to do so.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
