HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER C.M.P. No.630 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by defendant No.1 in O.S. No.221 of 2012 requesting to transfer the said suit from the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, to the Court of I Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

2. Having passed over the present transfer petition till 4.15 p.m., awaiting for status report from the Registry, and having found the status report revealing that the main case itself was disposed of as settled before the Lok Adalat on 07.11.2015, cause in this transfer petition does not survive.

3. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
