Questioning the action of the 4th respondent in not registering a case against the unofficial respondents 5 and 6, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 15.09.2019, which was sent by registered post, on 16.12.2019, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 06.01.2020, submits that, based on the petitioner's complaint, which was sent by registered post and received by the 2nd respondent on 19.12.2019 and being forwarded to the 4th respondent through proper channel, the 4th respondent made a GD entry and enquiry was done. After enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.1 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 504 and 506 IPC on the file of Thoguta Police Station, 03.01.2020.

In the light of the above submission, since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
