1. This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Sections 437 & Cr.P.C.

seeking to grant bail to him in NCB F.No.48/1/2/2015/NCB/SUB-Zone/HYD on the file of the Narcotics Control Bureau, Hyderabad Sub-Zone, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 (c ) r/w 21(c ), 23, 27A, 28 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

2. Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner before this Court was dismissed. This Court does not find any changed circumstances in the present case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
