This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the 2nd respondent in not registering FIR on the basis of the complaint, dated 19.07.2019, made by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 06.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that, based on the complaint made by the petitioner, on 19.07.2019, a GD entry was made and during the course of enquiry, it was disclosed that matter relates to family dispute, and due to which, they are abusing each other. As such, the 2nd respondent sent a notice to the petitioner through post on 04.01.2020 informing the petitioner to approach the concerned Court as the matter is civil in nature. 4.

Having regard to the aforestated submission, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.
