PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (TS) The Court made the following ORDER:
"This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of bail to the petitioners, who are accused Nos.4 to 6 in Crime No.74 of 2017 on the file of Maredumilli Police Station, East Godavari district.

The offences alleged are under Section 8(c) R/w.20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, 'the Act'). 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that separate seizure was shown from each of the accused i.e., accused Nos.1 to 6. While 16 and 8 K.Gs. of
ganza was shown to have been seized from accused Nos.4 and 6, 24 K.Gs. was shown to have been seized from accused No.5. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that all the petitioners herein are women and have been in jail since 14.11.2017.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet is not yet filed but material part of the investigation is completed. 6.
Hence, considering the seizure of ganza and the fact that the petitioners are in jail since 14.11.2017, this Court considers that this is a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioners insofar as petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 6 are concerned. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed in part.
Accordingly, petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 6 are directed to be enlarged on bail, on condition of each of their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rampachodavaram, East Godavari district. Further, the petitioners/accused Nos.4 to 6 are directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Maredumilli Police Station, once in a week i.e., on every Monday in between 09:00 and 12:00 a.m. The Criminal Petition insofar as petitioner/accused No.5 is concerned, is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
