Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is not considering her application filed under Form 6-A under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

On 05-10-2015, when the writ petition was heard, it was noticed that the petitioner's application under Form 6-A was made as early as on 03-05-2010. Since the application was made five years back and it is not known whether it is still pending or not, liberty was given to the petitioner to make fresh application under Form 6-A.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has now produced a copy of the application made under Form 6-A on 08-10-2015. Since the application is made only on 08-10-2015, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on the said application, in accordance with law, preferably within 45 days from the date of receipt of such application.
