ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.NO.1223 of 2013 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, against them.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners/A1 and A2 were acquitted in the aforesaid case and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed.
