HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI. WRIT PETITION No. 14622 OF 2007 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed questioning the memo issued by the Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records, Collectorate Complex, Hyderabad, dated 31/01/2997 and a consequential direction was sought to incorporate the name of the petitioners in respect of the land in survey No. 129/97, co-related to survey No. 151/2, further co-related to T.S.4, Block 'B', Ward 10, Road No.2, admeasuring 2 hectares, 44 Aries and 80 sq.yards situated at Shaikpet village and Mandal, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr. M. Mehdi Hussain, he learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a leave to avail such remedies as may be available to the petitioners in law. Leave is accordingly granted.

3. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners, permission is granted to the petitioners to withdraw this writ petition.

4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to avail such remedies as may be available to the petitioners in law. It is needless to observe that if the petitioners avail any such remedy, the same shall be considered on its own merits uninfluenced by the dismissal of this writ petition. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
