THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2764 of 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to letter No.16862/VC.II/2008 dt.24.11.2009 from the 1st respondent as well as the consequential suspension order No.722/Estt/NT/C/2009 dt.16.12.2009 from the file of the 2nd respondent and after perusing the same, set aside the said orders by declaring them as arbitrary, discriminatory and contrary to law and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to revoke the suspension with further direction to the 2nd respondent to pay full salary, attendant benefits from 16.12.2009 and all other benefits monetary or otherwise.

When the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
