HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 10189 OF 2010 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This writ petition was filed in 2010 and it last appeared before the Court in October 2010. Thereafter, neither the petitioner nor his advocate ever bothered to take it before the Court for hearing. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not in touch with his clients and not in a position to make any statement about the status of the land in dispute. The petitioner and respondent No.7 are close relatives.

Keeping that in view, we do not find any reason to keep this petition pending any further.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings, if he so desires and advised, for appropriate relief in respect of the property in dispute.
