This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.3 to quash the proceedings against her in FIR No.924 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act (for short "DP Act'). , 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - Accused No.3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 - State. Perused the material on record.

The case of the 2nd respondent - complainant is that she was married to Accused No.1 and thereafter disputes arose between spouses.

Several instances have narrated in the complaint. Since the complaint is outcome of differences between 2nd respondent and
Crl.Petition No.70 of 2023 Accused No.1, this Court deems this appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.924 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner - Accused No.3. Further, the petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
