The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 01.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.35 of 2015 in O.P.No.46 of 2013 on the file of learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the subject matter of the present revision petition has become infructuous.
3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main O.P. was dismissed for default on 31.08.2017.
4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.
5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the request, in case, the said O.P. is restored to file.
