Heard counsel for petitioner.

Petitioner filed this Revision challenging the inaction of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in deciding the EP.No.13 of 2018 in O.P.No.634 of 2004 on its file. 3.

It is contended by the counsel that after the O.P. had been allowed on 17.08.2006 and the order was modified in CMA.No.1056 of 2006 on 01.06.2015, and petitioner filed the said EP in May, 2016, but till date the said EP is kept pending and it is not being decided.

Having regard to the said contention, the Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is directed to decide the said EP within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing respondents, without fail. 5.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
