THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.24281 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.7 to 10 for construction of a building in the petitioners' property, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
