It is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.2699 of 2009, dated 11-04-2014, the respondents filed Writ Appeal No.1091 of 2014, and a Division Bench of this Court disposed of the said Writ Appeal by way of an order dated 0907-2015. A copy of the same is placed on record.

In view of the orders passed in the said writ appeal, the present Contempt Case cannot be proceeded further, and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. The respondent herein stands discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
