HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1112 of 2015 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.74 of 2013 on the file of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 14.11.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that the case ended in acquittal on 06.7.2015 in C.C.No.107 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
