HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 IN/AND Crl.P.No.62 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused No.7 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in Spl.S.C.No.34 of 2016 on the file of V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, which is outcome of crime No.9 of 2014 of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323 & 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST (POA) Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in Spl.S.C.No.34 of 2016 on the file of V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
