The present writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent in providing police protection as per the representation dated 29.10.2019 for implementation of injunction order dated 22.04.2019, passed in I.A.No.600 of 2019 in O.S.No.161 of 2019, which was extended on 27.11.2019, by the Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 06.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that on receiving the representation from the petitioners, on 29.10.2019, requesting to take action against one Veera Srinivas and others, for digging bore-well in Plot No.39, the respondent police acknowledged the same and enquired the matter and during the course of enquiry, it was revealed that the above matter is civil in nature and hence, advised the petitioners to approach the competent civil Court for better adjudication of the case.

In view of the above, since the petitioners have been informed of the action taken on their complaint, dated 29.10.2019, granting liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
