THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18808 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submit that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.15606 of 2016 dated 29.04.2016 and also conceded for disposal of the present writ petition in terms of order in W.P.No.15606 of 2016.

In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of following the order of this Court dated 29.04.2016 in W.P.No.15606 of 2016 permitting petitioner to make an application to respondent No.2, who seized the vehicle and in whose custody the vehicle is lying, for release of the seized vehicle. Within three days of receipt of such application, respondent No.2 shall consider, take appropriate decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed.
