Since the prayer is to direct the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Cases-cum-Additional Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of M.C.No.288 of 2016 on its file, which is pending for the past two years, at an early date, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the said M.C., within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of.
