HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32451 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to quash the proceedings of the 4th respondent in Notice No.D/1358/2016, dated 12.09.2016. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced final order No.B/1358/16, dated 02.09.2016 passed by the Deputy Collector& Tahasildar, Balanagar, R.R.District, stating that in pursuance to the impugned notice dated 12.09.2016 final orders have been passed and also served on the petitioner. But, the same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, since final orders are passed, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same within a period of two weeks. Meanwhile Status-quo granted by this Court on 27.09.2016 shall continue. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
