THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 11246 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner Association is that though by the representation dated 04.07.2016, they have brought to the notice of Respondents 1 and 2 the alleged conversion of open spaces in the lay out in R.A.R. Colony, Survey No. 26/A, Medipalli Village, Hyderabad East by Respondents 3 and 4, no action has been taken thereon.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation. Considering the nature of relief, which the petitioner is seeking in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation dated 04.07.2016 and if the allegations made therein are found to be true, necessary action be taken against Respondents 3 and 4 by strictly following the due process of law.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any are also disposed of.
