Sri Chekuri Yadagiri, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 19.02.2019 to the Registry stating that his client is not desirous of pursuing this Writ Petition as he was confirmed as the successful bidder in the auction conducted by the respondent authorities. He therefore sought leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. 2.
