This appeal is filed by the State/Complainant questioning the acquittal recorded by the I Additional Special .Judge for SPE and ACB cases-cum-V Additional Chief Judge, City' Civil Courts, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.6 of 2012, dated 1O.01.2014, for the offence under Sections 7 and 13(1)(d) r/w.Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

It is informed by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB Cases that the respondent/accused officer died and the cause in the Criminal Appeal does not survive. 3.
