This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioners-A.1 to A.6 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.64 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406,420,342 and 506 of I.P.C. and under Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act on the complaint of 1st respondent.

2) The defacto-complainant present and the A.1,A.4, A.5 and A.6 are represented by G.P.A.holder Sri Mahammad Aziz Pasha and 2 and 3 also present and they filed a petition in Crl.P.M.P.No.6839 of 2015 seeking permission to compound the offences and also another petition in Crl.P.M.P.No.6940 of 2015 to quash the proceedings. They filed joint memo stating that they have settled disputes between them amicably and want to purchase peace. Accordingly, permission is accorded to compound the offences in view of their compromise.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.64 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
