This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the judgment dated 19.06.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal No.772 of 2016 on the file of the XV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 31.10.2022, there was no representation by learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned counsel for respondent No.1. The matter was posted to 22.11.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation by learned counsel for petitioner. Notice was served on respondent No.1 in February, 2020 but there is no representation for the respondent No.1.

3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default, confirming the judgment dated 19.06.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal No.772 of 2016 on the file of the XV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally.
