Mr.Imran, on instruc tions, submits that the amount payable in E.P.No.25 of 2003 in O.P.No.24 of 1997 is deposited in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar. Hence, the petitioner does not press the Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
