This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering a crime against the unofficial respondents on the complaint of the petitioners. None appears for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that since the dispute between the petitioners and unofficial respondents is civil in nature, they have informed about the same to the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
