For the reasons stated by the learned counsel for petitioners, the petitioners/accused in C.C.No.239/2010 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, Khammam District are directed to appear before I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, Khammam District on or before 05.03.2015 and file petition for recall of non-bailable warrants issued against them and if they do so, learned Magistrate shall recall the non-bailable warrants. The Criminal Petition is accordingly ordered. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
