This Writ Petition is filed alleging delay in conducting investigation and filing of charge sheet in Crime No.279 of 2018 of Police Station Gachibowli, registered on 30.03.2018. 2.

Learned Government Pleader produced instructions furnished by the Station House Officer of Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 03.01.2019 informing that investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Court of XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Prashanthi Nagar, Cyberabad on 20.12.2018.

In view of the same, Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
