As there was no representation for the appellant on 06.03.2015, this appeal was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even on this day, there is no representation for the appellant despite listing the matter under the caption "For Dismissal'. Batta for service of notice on the 1st respondent is due and not deposited. It indicates that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
