Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Notification issued by the respondent University.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Notification issued by the respondent University. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
