The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petltion and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G L NARASIIvIHA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Addational Public Prosccutor for the respondent, the Court made the followinq.
ORDER
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C,'), is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.11 and 23 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No,2O9 of 2018 of Cherial Police Station, Siddipet, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 148 and 3O7 read with 149 LP,C. 2.
Heard learned counsel fo!' the petitioners/accused Nos.11 and 23, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record, 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some of the accused in the said crime were granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C, and some of them under Section 439 Cr.P.C.; that these petitioners are politicians; that due to political differences, the petitioners are implicated in the said crime and ultimately, prayed to allow the petition. 4, The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the grant of bail to the petitioners/ accused Nos.11and 23.

It is evident from the record that altogether 30 persons are made as accused in the said crime. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the victim has suffered fracture to the left hand, Since some of the accused were already granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C, and in view of the nature of allegations made against these petitioners, these petitioners can be granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. on some conditions. 6, fn the result, the petitioners/accused Nos.11 and 23 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Cherial Police Station, Siddipet, within a period of 15 days from today, On such surrender, the Station House Officer, Cherial Police Station, shall release the petitioners/accused Nos.11 and 23 on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of RS.1O,OOO/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the same Station House Officer. On release, the petitioners/accused Nos.11 and 23 shall abide by the conditions mentioned
in Section 438(2) Cr,P.C. and co-operate with the Investigation Officer. The petitioners/accused Nos.11 and 23 shall also attend before the Station House Officer, Cherial Police Station, Siddipet, on every Sunday between 9:OO AM and 11:OO AM till filing of the charge sheet, 7.
