HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.143 of 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application No.MU021601102795, dated 21-12-2016 for mutation of revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.4-35 guntas situated at Kistaipally Village, Jinnaram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District and the same is pending before the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.2 on the said application, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 21-12-2016 and take action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
