ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of his complaint dated 19.12.2014 neither any crime is registered nor any further action is taken by the fourth respondent.

2. Instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, however, show that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner a case in Cr.No.33 of 2015 was already registered on 27.03.2015 and investigation is taken up.

3. In view of that, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition except directing the fourth respondent to complete the investigation and take such further necessary steps in accordance with law.
