HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.349 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The Insurance Company has come up with the above writ petition challenging an award passed by the Lok Adalat in an appeal arising out of Motor Accidents Claims compensation.

2. Heard Mr. P. Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. J. Anil Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent.

3. A Lok Adalat Award can be challenged only on very limited grounds. Those grounds are not available in this writ petition.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
