THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5176 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent for not granting approval to 21 students out of 65 students for admission to B.Ed., two years course even after approval from NCTE and Government and affiliation to University.

Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that last date prescribed for submission of the list was 31-12-2016 and the list was not furnished by that day. The students were admitted without undergoing screening test of Edcet and they are not qualified to be admitted to the course even assuming that their admission is under management quota.

In the circumstances, in view of spot admission of the students without undergoing qualifying examination of Edcet, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
