THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13819 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - accused under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail in Crime No.71 of 2015 on the file of Chebrolu Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A, 302 and 201 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed murder of one Moulali with the help of A2 and A3. As seen from the record, the allegations levelled against the petitioner are so serious in nature. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
