THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.C.M.P. No.407 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to withdraw O.S.No.61 of 1998 on the file of the Court of IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the Court of VI Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) at Malkajgiri or the Court of XVI Additional District Judge at Malkajgiri.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for

the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law including filing of the similar nature of petition before appropriate forum.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
