Undisputedly, the conditional order of this Court is not complied with. Thus the remedy of the petitioners, if any, is pressing for disposal of the exparte decree set aside application with Section 5 Limitation Act application by virtue of this order for common disposal by the trial Court and but for that there is nothing to prevent the execution proceedings. Accordingly and in the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
