This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.214 of 2018 of Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.
It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioner/accused was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 20.12.2018 in Crl.P.No.13349 of 2018. It is contended that charge sheet is already filed. 4.
The accusation is that the accused slitted the throat of the victim when she refused to marry him. There are direct witnesses to the offence. The allegations are grave and the offence alleged is heinous. The release of petitioner/accused would cause hindrance in the trial of the case.
Particularly, the petitioner/accused would indulge in threatening the direct witnesses. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to consider this bail petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
