Suresh Kumar, learned counsel on record for the petitioners, submits that in view of the subsequent developments, cause in the writ petition no more survives for further adjudication and made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
